How to Use

1. Before turning on the light, place the light on a flat surface and fill the bottom with water/sand to make sure it won't tip over.
2. Adjust the height and angle of the bracket according to the lighting area.
3. Turn on the power and adjust the distance between yourself and the light according to the recommended distance (18-30 inches).
4. Use it in the area that needs to be treated for 20 minutes.
